Is Palm Bay Construction Group licensed and insured?
Yes. We're a fully licensed, bonded and insured Florida general contractor (FL Lic. CGC#000000), carrying general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We're glad to provide documentation before your project starts.

How do you price projects — and will the price change?
We provide fixed-price, itemized proposals after walking your project with you. Barring changes you request or truly unforeseen conditions (which we discuss with you first), the price you sign is the price you pay. No surprise change orders.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes — permitting and inspections are part of our job. We prepare drawings, submit permit applications, coordinate HOA approvals and schedule inspections with the appropriate county or city building department.
Will I have a single point of contact?
Always. You'll have a dedicated project manager who keeps your project on schedule, manages the crew, and gives you regular updates so you're never left wondering what's happening.
How long will my project take?
It depends on scope — a bathroom may take a few weeks while a custom home can take many months. We provide a detailed schedule with milestones up front and keep you informed throughout.
Do you build to Florida's hurricane and wind codes?
Yes. All of our work meets or exceeds current Florida Building Code requirements, including wind-load and impact standards. Many upgrades (like impact windows and re-roofs) can also reduce your insurance premiums.
Do you work with insurance on storm or water damage?
We do. For storm, wind and water damage, we document the damage, provide a detailed scope to your adjuster, and handle the rebuild — typically leaving you responsible only for your deductible.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Our work is backed by a written workmanship warranty, in addition to any manufacturer warranties on the products and materials we install.
Can you help with design and material selections?
Absolutely. As a design-build contractor, we guide you through layouts, finishes and selections so your vision and budget stay aligned from day one.
